How it works

1. Connect
Trust is the secret sauce. We will connect and explore values, character, and goals for you individually or for the project. Without this foundation we are building on sand. We can grab a coffee, a video chat, a phone call or two.

2. Proposal
Milan will summarize the data gathered through connection, analyze existing tools, and produce a ‘next steps’ proposal. With the big picture in mind the proposal will consider needs, resources, and budget.

3. Journey
Together we take the next steps. Along the way we will assess goals vs progress. We will adjust, flex, or double down. It’s a journey and journey’s have highs and lows. The trust foundation built in the beginning and developed throughout will keep us humble and pointed toward the big picture.
