Leadership
Wingman
The past three years have been hard on leaders. In 2022, a Barna survey revealed that 42% of church leaders have thought about throwing in the towel. 99% of those struggling leaders cited loneliness and stress as the major reasons.
I am one of those who struggled, suffered, and stumbled through the past three years. My wife says I made it through just singed
because I’ve been blessed with great “wingmen.”
(The image came to me in prayer. Yes, God can speak through Top Gun.)
There are countless influencers operating in a broken system that has created synonyms out of “leader” and “isolation.” I have the experience (good, bad, and ugly), the heart, and the willingness to love leaders well on their journey.
Whether it’s a pain point in this moment, a need for support through a transition season, or the simple desire for less isolation: lets connect to see if there’s a fit.

Team Retreats
co·he·sion- the action or fact of forming a united whole.
In our fast-paced culture, intentional change doesn’t happen without an interruption. My experiences in staff retreats, board retreats, spiritual formation retreats, and solo retreats all point to the significance of context. That context looks like getting outside the daily location and routine with a well discerned agenda and gracious facilitation. I will get saturated in your personal/organizational values, align around the goals, propose a retreat outline, and carry out the plan.

Effective Collaboration
It is not cutting edge to work together on mission in neighborhoods: it’s an ancient mandate. The very nature of our Triune God exemplifies and invites us toward works of collaboration.
17 years of experience in collaborative grass roots mobilization, strategic planning, listening, and problem solving has given me tools to help.
I’m looking for projects that check the missional & collaborative boxes. These are the types of projects I’m interested in partnering with you on:
Vision Incarnation
Converting a dream into a team action plan
Problem solving
Research (internal and external) for greater impact
Growing team buy-in
Project launch and initial support
